I was looking for something fun and new.
Why I Love It:
it's relaxing, because I focus entirely on my workout; when I'm about to do something challenging my heart starts racing and I get excited; the feeling of satisfaction when succeeding with a certain amount of weight or reps is awesome; noticing new improvements in my looks is very statisfying
How I Stay Motivated:
positive comments both on-line and in RL, my looks in the mirror that keep improving, looking at other users' photos

You're about 15% bf.With hard training and reducing your bf to around 10% you should start seeing the abs.Been there done that and don't do bulking either(feel free to check out my last 2 blogs)

You're on! The pic you commented on was actually taken when I measured 11%, but since I didn't do much exercise from Sept 08 to Feb 09, I gained a couple percentage points. I'm not happy about it.
