Why I Love It:
Getting healthy and not being so scrawny. It's slow work and sometimes I want to give up but I'm making progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
By trying to outdo myself each time I go to the gym. It doesn't matter if I don't set a new PR, so long as I do more then what I thought I could that day.
BB Accomplishments:
For many it may not seem like much, but finally being able to say that I can bench over 100lbs. It's a bit more then what I could do this time last year.

Goal (Long):
Not sure yet. I'm close to my previous goals for 2009 for deadlift and squat and have most of the year to reach them. I guess hitting 4 plates for deadlift for a couple of reps and 3 plates for squat for 5 reps would be nice.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm changing to diet from a keto diet to a moderate fat and carb diet and trying to get around 150g of protein a day. I really screwed up this year as I had a good window to do a good bulk and then cut. My plans are to do 200-300 calories over maintenance on my workout days, primarily from an increase in carbs and protein.
