I am a natural runner, with a runner's build. However....I got tired of being skinny, so Mike is taking me under his wing and we are seeing how much weight I can gain. Its hard to do. I am a "Hardgainer" so we are pulling out all stops.
Why I Love It:
Its a great start to the morning. I feel more energetic and A LOT more stress free. Plus, its only been two weeks and I have some pretty nice gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about all the stupid crap that happened the day before and take all my aggression out on the weights. This site is also a big help.

Front with arms flexed before working out. July 15 '08
Taken today after an easy workout. But wow,....I am making one hell of a weird face!! lol
I would really like to get bigger. Just plain and simple. For many years now I have always been the skinny guy so I am trying to make a healthy lifestyle change for myself and get bigger. Boosting my self confidence as well as my muscle mass and looks.
So, I have been trying to think of what to reward myself with when I reach my ultimate goal (25lbs gained). I think I am finally going to get my ribs tattoo'ed. I am going to get my left ribs done so it looks like the skin is ripped away and you can see my muscle and ribs inside, then one...
WEEK A
Monday, Chest and Tri's
Flat Bench-3x10-12
Incline Smith Machine-3x6-8
Dumbbell flyes-3x6-8
Wieghted Dips-3x6-8
Skull crushers-3x6-8
Pushdowns-3x6-8
One arm extensions overhead-3x6-8
Some type of ab work
Its about 59 in the day here and cools off to 32 at night. Its only going to get colder for the winter though! You get used to it though. I actually have a hard time working out in the heat...
Ahh yes, I could use some warm weather and a sandy beach too. I went to a tanning salon today to try and get the feeling. Not the same. I'm trying to get my abs out a little more and shape up everything else. November I will bulk... keeps me warmer. I like the new progress pic! Your right, I need some more on mine.

Well you could have probably guess it but it is cold here and rainy... I think my summer is over! I just recently changed my ruitine and I'm trying to get more defined instead of packing on the muscle. Its a nice change. You are making some crazy progress there sir. Keep it up!
