Pushing it to the next level for the '09 Panhandle Showdown
Mike Dougherty, "Doughboy1027" got me started. He is an awesome personal trainer. If you need any new ideas to torture your muscles ask him:

If it wasn't for him I would still be a skinny little 128 pound dude. lol
Why I Love It:
Its a great start to the morning. I feel more energetic and A LOT more stress free. Plus, its only been two weeks and I have some pretty nice gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about all the stupid crap that happened the day before and take all my aggression out on the weights. This site is also a big help.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. We'll see soon though!!

Goal (Long):
Well, a few months ago I injured my rotator cuff in a car accident and it took me out of the gym for a while. Now I'm back and hitting it hard. I would have to say that my Long Term goal for now is to not embarrass myself completely at this show coming up.
I lived with Mitch for 2 months in North Carolina in the worst conditions possible. 100 degrees with the heat on in the room, constantly quoting Seinfeld "It feels Like a Sauna in Here", waking up unbelievably early, pt-ing in the morning and then hitting the gym in the afternoons. Mitch is probably the only person I know that smiles through all of that and is just always spreading motivation. This guy is a machine. Always willing to train and drink gallons of protein. Mitch-Second to none.
Mike is extremely motivating when he trains, and really any time. Everyone he speaks to and mentors he inspires to do bigger better things.
Semper Fi Mike!
Well, I payed the entrance fee today to join the 2009 NPC Panhandle Showdown Competition. I am trying to go with the Bantamweight class. If you asked me a few months ago if I would ever do a body building competition I would instantly, without any hesitation, reply with a...

Life has been great! The new job is ok, I'm just so happy to be home and not have a crazy commute to work everyday. I'm hoping to go back to school in the new year hopefully too. So you messed up your rotator?? I've done that but not to the point of surgery. I hope it gets better. Make sure to eat well and get lots of rest. Take care.
lol... man yall chill out. i know i sword i would not b on bodyspace but it has been pretty good to me. and there r a whole lot of nice ladies on this thing also. how long have u been hurt?
training marines! damn, that puts you at the top of the heap, brother. i wish had the time for explicit discipline, but with family and work it's hard. i train 1 muscle for 30 to 40 minutes per day and then do cardio for the same amount of time. Wish i could give 2 hrs, but it's tough. keep hittin' it hard man.
