How I Started:
I started to lift weights back in highschool. I didnt know what I was doing for the first 2 years out of the 4 I've been training. It all started because my girlfriend at the time and some of my friends told me I was a very skinny kid. And I wanted to do something about it. So I picked up weights in the garage and started, I had no idea what to do but curls and bench. So thats all I did for bout a few months until I got a 24hr membership. I didnt take weight lifting seriously until ending of junior year to senior year in highschool. Thats when I started to put on weight. I was a skinny 125 kid on the wrestling team, about a year after I went up to 150lbs. Now currently a college student weighing about 160.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it helps relieve stress. I dont look at working out as "work" I see it as fun, I always look foward to the next day of training. I guess it can be sort of a hobby.

Hey Kini, sorry for not getting back to you sooner, have been VERY busy here! I actually just finished up on the Anator P70. I started noticing gains in strength during the start of my second week of taking the product. While I think Anator tastes absolutely horrible, and is tough to get down, overall I was fairly pleased with the results I saw during the past four weeks.
