I just started today 1-20-2009 doing the Muscle and Fitness beginners workout. I don't have a gym membership nor do I own a weight machine, but I have 100lbs of free weights and a bench. It is a month long program starting with the following.
3 sets each 8-10-12 reps
Bench Press
Lat Press
Shoulder Press
Curls
Leg Curls
Squats
Crunches
Tricep Pull
I did my first work out today, and I am also trying to adapt my diet to a weight lifting diet. |
