BTW, use that workout tracker, it is a great way to keep track of your progress!

Every thing is going well. I am doing well with my workouts, I have completed 10 total. I am working on my diet, trying to dial it in. I have lifted over 109,000 total pounds. I feel great, and the changes are amazing. I will post some pics soon!
