How I Started:
I am tired of being overweight and out of shape. I picked up a copy of Muscle and Fitness and I liked all the info, so I decided that I was going to start working out and sculpting a new me!
Why I Love It:
I have worked out in the past and it has always made me feel good. Something always seems to happen and I get sidetracked, and I always regret quitting.

I want to drop 20 pounds by October 2 and have completed 18 weight lifting sessions and 30 cardio sessions!
Goal (Long):
I have been struggling with getting in my workouts. There is so much going on in my life that it is difficult to find the time to hit the weights. I want to and need to. I am trying to eat clean, but I am struggling with that for much of the same reasons. But I plan to hit the weights 3 times a week and the cardio at least 4 1/2 times a week.

I want to LOSE 75 lb

My left forearm is hurting when I do curls.  It is sore, not workout sore, from just in front of my elbow down towards the inside right side of my wrist.  Any suggestions to what it may be or how to treat it?

Workout Program:
I just started today 1-20-2009 doing the Muscle and Fitness beginners workout. I don't have a gym membership nor do I own a weight machine, but I have 100lbs of free weights and a bench. It is a month long program starting with the following.
