Wanted to get bigger from that skinny twig I used to be.

Monday: Cardio (40 minutes stairmill, 20 minutes elliptical)
Tuesday: Chest / Triceps + 20 minutes Stairmill at the END
Wednesday: Back / Biceps + 5 minutes Stairmill at the BEGINNING + Hockey later that night

Glad to see that you changed your mind about loosing a few pounds.Stick with it train hard eat right and your goals will fall into place. I also started at a cool 100 pounds years ago, sure I'm no heavyweight but I'm happy with my gains naturally.

You look great man! I can see some abs coming through! You don't look very large in the chest or arms! I'm curious why you want to lose 5 lbs? If anything, I would tell you to fill out a little more, but that's me! Take care and good luck!
