swanyes HIII! wow so glad u msged me im flatterd heeheee! and yes i did work out i did yoga toning upper body and then a lower body series, then i rode the bike and did a few interval sprints then stretched my hips like crazy! i have an apt at the VA the 27th may need to get some scans of soft tissue i have alot of pain. and how are you? tell me what you worked out Joe Mar 19, 2013 11:20pm
