Started weight training when my Parents gave me a York DB set for Christmas. Bought a bench at a garage sale and lifeted in my bedroom for a couple years before joining a gym when I was 17. Eventualy started working at that gym when i was 19. Moved away from home a couple years later and stopped working out for 3 years, where i ballooned to 250 lbs. I was 165 lbs when I graduated High Scool in '99. In June of '06 I began managing my old bosses gym in the city I was in and started working out again. In April '07, i finally got under 200 lbs. Hoping to get between 4 & 7% BF as maintenance.
Finally posted some more recent progress pics. Windows XP has been a relatively good OS when compared to past incarnations of Windows, but will someone please tell me how a "user-friendly" GUI OS can't recognize a built in multi-card reader. The thing is built into the motherboard!!!...
I'm sore today. did 30 min. jump rope in the driveway the other day and my calves are still killing me. Kickboxing last night and a PT session this a.m. I am seeing results though, so all's good!
Hey Noel, you are making some great progress man. I can see that the fat is melting away. Its amazing at how fast that weight will jump on you. I'm right there with you, except I laid off about 6 months and put back on about 25 lbs. I'm back at it now and just got a diet from a personal trainer on bb.com www.jakepurdyfitness.com. I hope it makes a difference. I'm want to see abs by the end of the year. Keep up the great work!
Well writting is not one of my strengths. I am a starter not a finisher so I need to keep refocusing. I need very short term goals to keep me motivated. I have a 5 month goal but I also break it down by month and each week. it is working.
Hey thanks for the advice. Only problem I have with that is I hate coffee lol. I've tried just relying on tea but it's not enough caffeine and I have to have it sweet, regular tea is unbearable for me. So I'm kinda stuck.
I am sure you look just fine.
Yes I agree on the recruitment program..lol We must all be just fat and lazy :)
Do you plan on competing or just taking steps to better your physique?
