Review: Started taking in '04 through '08 on and off. Liked the taste at first. Alot of calories compared to other brands. Has an after taste, kinda tingly.

Review: Same thing. Was taking throughout the years on and off. Started taking a recommended this year. Didnt notice too much gains, in the two months. Taste is disgusting with water. The only milk we have here in the desert comes in a box and has a shelf life of 5 years. Water was my choice LOL

Review: Just started taking last week. Began cycling off all supplements, when I started cramping and becoming sore after workouts. A buddy of mine stopped working out and gave me his new jar. No cramping or soreness since. Taste is not that sweet. Sorta like a watered down popsicle. Less calories than the other brand I've used. So far so good!!

Review: Bottom line, I made one the other night ( 8 ounces of skim milk, 1 ounce of water, flaxseed oil, blended and chilled for 15 minutes ) It was THE BOMB!!! Best protein shake I've tried to date. I can drink this all day. Buddy recommended after I notice his gains in size. I am not disappointed. Also the amount of servings you get for the price can't be beat!
