Was really skinny after soccer only weight 135 and wanted to gain some mass on me.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my muscles grow and get bigger. Looking in the mirror is a real confidence booster
*Update* Slight tear of my rotator cuff 8 months ago sidelined me... Im now back and healthy and ready to break some new barriers Wish me Luck*

My Dad. He was a National Champion in the 242 weightclass for Powerlifting and I want to one day compete in a All Natural Competition

Whats sup bro. Looks like you made an awesome transformation and still at it. You done a great job. I know you are still working on to get that maximum acheivement. Bro if you get serious about your diet and HIIT, you will definitely see major difference. But you are doing a great job so keep up the great work brother. Nice job.
Sorry to hear about the rotator cuff, maybe the most common accident when you do this sport. Recovery is always slow. After my accident and since then I always no matter what day it is I do shoulders before doing chest, back or... the excuse legs :) (that is shoulders day)
