How I Started:
I walked by a mirror and i saw myself and i looked like crap. I had been in great shape before and i wasn't now so i made my mind up to fix what i didn't like and to get big.
Why I Love It:
I like the way my body looks when its jacked.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set monthly goals for myself and then check out my progress every month, and i keep telling myself that if i don't do it for myself now, no one will later.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Cam Gigandet from "Never Back Down" but just a bit bigger. I like the amount of definition he has and the look.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Paper and pen at the gym and exel at home. I do of so I can look back at it on days when I feel that nothing is changing. It helps me SEE the changes when they are ok paper
