Goal 1: Lose blubber ( A loss of 2% body fat is what I'm shooting for) Goal 1A: Gain muscle (even if it's a small amount) How? Eat clean anabolic foods (grass fed beef, raw milk from a grass fed cow, free range chicken eggs), keep a tight carb cycle, and eat slightly smaller meals a bit more frequently to get the metabolism going (this might result in slightly fewer calories consumed overall and I'm cool with that - I'll be shooting for a range of 2,600 - 3,000 per day).
