my guess is overtraining but not quite sure yet, i don't see how'd i would be training wrong, but who knows? get on aol whenever you can

some higher power stuff, and only once a week 4-5 days/week Chest Back Off Legs Arms Shoulders,Misc (sometimes) or shoulders incorporated with back Off

first question for ya, is this too much chest? Barbell bench-12,10,8,6 Incline-12,10,8 Cable Crossovers-12,10,8 Dumbell Bench-10,10,10 Flys-10,8 Dips-10,10 somewhat around taht routine, i think the last protein i got was garbage, and cyto gainer should boost me up

between 1030-1130 at night, ate 2 steaks and took a protein shake total intake (approx.) 1450cals 150g protein in an hour, still hungry as I type this. Time for some milk or something! how you feel about me starting cytogainer thumbs up/down

Fail of the week: Yesterday I Was trying to dunk at open gym yesterday (note: i'm white and don't play bball)..grabbed the rim and my hand slipped though. fell straight on my back and tailbone from a good 5-6ft = back pain today
