Sorry mate been ill for nearly 2 weeks. I got fever and flu and god knows what else. I'm begining to recover now, so I couldn't go to the gym. I feel like shit tho, literally. I will have to work harder now, much more harder =( On one side, it's not THAT bad that I have to work harder, but on the other side I lost some of my progress!
yeah, we got hit by the flood pretty bad, but my house didn't get any water fortunately. I was pretty much sandbagging and helping out for a week straight.
Did your house get hit? BTW, what sports do you play?

That what im talkin about cuz. Kick that Cherokee in gear. But really it dont matter, you look great whatever you do. Sun/dark just help show definition more. But you show good. Cant wait to see your progress.
I got faith in you cuz. Sounds like you got a good program worked out. Yes beef upi the protein intake. You know you can eat alot of any meat. It is protein and will bulk you up and keep your abs lean as well as the other proteins too. Like I said, you are tall so you will always look leaner and feel thin, but there are way to compensate and balance the difference. But you would need to increase the protein/carb intake.
What kind of diet you on? The abs are already awesome. For your height, you are carrying and bulking real good. What are you trying to immediately accomplish? You are doing something right, cause its working.

Nice work KT. You a big 16 yr old. You are doing an awsomr job and you are going to be huge. Real nice abs, back and great upper. Keep up the good work and keep doing what you are doing because its working great for you.

Ive been taking whey for about 2 months now. I take one after a workout.
Have you ever tried a protein bar? Ive tried it sometimes and its delicious. Not in substitution for a meal, just something after/before a workout. Usually if I go to the gym after school and I would not have eaten anything.
