Cuz, I think you could either be overtraining or not training properly. Or maybe you may be too ambitious. But dont panic cause things will happen, you just have to be patient.
Thats a good routine. How many days a week are you doing it? Also what protein was you taking? There are alot of factors that could have cause this. Maybe burnout. But yes the Cytosport will help. Are you are training solo or with a dedicated partner. Dont panick. The kid I been training for 2 weeks gained 8 lbs. Probably not muscle, but he was 134 so thats a boost for him. But we been training hard and consistent. Not bad for a beginner, huh? We will get you right.
Wow kidd, you eatin alot. But since you are bulking, that great for you. But I would be careful about eating so late. If you are going to do the weight gainers, maybe that should be you last meal of the day before bed, since it liquid. You still have to watch them abs, that you have so noice. Well I made my goal on leags yesterday. 1000 lbs on leg press. I am so hype about that. Now I have to work on xploding the chest. Thats another chapter. How you doing cuz?
Training has been going well. Got some creatine and protien causing kidney problems. So I have to work with that for a while. Back to the pb&j. Overall all is going ok for me. 1 year anniversary for my serious bb training. Im ok but not happy with my progress. But I will get over it. I really need to start hitting it hard and high for the next year. We will see. Glad you are ok with the back. Put them pics up soon. Lata.
