Goal (Long):
When I joined the Army I weighed soaking wet 155 lbs. and was 6'4". I was your ideal distance runner. I enjoyed running but after a while I wanted to gain weight. I work in a Jail. If something was to happen 155lbs cant really do much. I set little goals... 165...190...200... I now vary in weight of 215 and 220. I want to weigh about 235 to 240 and be less than 9% body fat. I want to have definition and size in my arms, chest, legs and back. Over the past 6 months I've seen the most improvement. I know it will be hard. I will just have to keep going and keep pushing weights.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Family life is great. The days that I am really stressed out and get to go to the gym the relationships at home see to be better than the days that I do not get to go.
100 reps with 155 on the flat bench and 100 reps of 65 on the barbell curl and 100 sit-ups... good times. Just a couple of months until I am able to work out like I want to but this 300 a day thing is deffinatly shocking my system. We will see what come up tomorrow.
Im currently doing the workout program that can be found in the Articles section:

While doing the first day of work out it was just another day in the gym, but that next day was great. Without having a lifting partner most of the time I...
I saw that you took sustanon 250, you said everything increased, but did not go into how much. Well was it significant? I'm asking because I'm looking at the product, but have not had much success in finding out if it is worth it.
good to hear you can stay motivated. work & life do make it hard to keep consistent. i try and do at least a half hour of cardio when I'm time challenged. keep at itbrother.
