"Well here it is July and my current body weight is 218. Been working my butt off and having very little time to hit the gym. Today was a great day, July 14, first time back in the gym for some real good lifts. My first goal is to get back up to 225 a"
I have always been active in the gym from high school, but my focus was different. I wanted to gain weight. In Sept of '05 I weighed in at 176 at 6'4". Skinny.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
The motivation is hard now but im getting it back.

Goal (Long):
When I joined the Army I weighed soaking wet 155 lbs. and was 6'4". I was your ideal distance runner. I enjoyed running but after a while I wanted to gain weight. I work in a Jail. If something was to happen 155lbs cant really do much. I set little goals... 165...190...200... I now vary in weight of 215 and 220. I want to weigh about 235 to 240 and be between 13 and 15 percent bodyfat. I want to have definition and size in my arms, chest, legs and back. Over the past 6 months I've seen the most improvement. Oh yea? I just got a new job, its a 8-5 job so I gotta plan my school and gym around that. I just hate going to the gym at 5, when EVERYBODY else it there. Especially the ones that are there, but are just there, not really working out.. ha, you can tell it really bugs me, but I'll find a way.
A new Harley? Get out!! Mind if I catch a ride? ;)

Hey sweetie! Ha, I was just joking! I use the word "over rated" with everything, just to get a smile out of someone. I'll be like who does that anymore? Its overrated. ;) Keep your head up, I'll be thinking about you!
