How I Started:
I have been in the Navy for a little over a year and I wanted to do something that would get me in even better shape and push me to do the very best I could on my fitness tests.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself and gives me confidence to do other things in my life. I feel better about wearing certain clothes in public and about taking my shirt off at the beach.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be the best I can be and grow. I want to be a role model for my little girl so that she will get into a lifestyle of health and fitness.

Goal (Long):
I have always been very small. I have never weighed more than 95 pounds and I just turned 20 a few months ago. I desperately want to have more muscle and to look better so I am now undertaking the P90X program to get into much better shape. I also want to get bigger and stronger so that I will be taken seriously as an adult and so that my daughter can have a strong father growing up.
Well, this is my first post on this website. I just created my profile today and I am looking forward to meeting a lot of new people with interests similar to mine.

Just wanted to wish you the best with your goals. It sounds like your metabolic rate is burning at an extremely high rate. Be sure your nutrition plan matches your goals as well. In order to gain the mass that you want to gain you MUST eat. Eat clean and a lot. Again I hope to see you succeed.
