I got started working out and bodybuilding because i was unhappy at what i saw in the mirror. I wanted to change and look stronger and bigger, i was tired of being skinny looking.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself and it is a great stress reducer.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look in the mirror, and i have entered the $50,000 transformation contest that has helped motivate me in many ways weather i win or lose.
BB Accomplishments:
Is that i put on over thirty pounds in less than a few months and i am constantly getting stronger.

my short goal is to continually get stronger and lift more weight.
Goal (Long):
i want to gain 70 lbs and once i gain that weight i want to start cutting up my body so i will be around or between 225 pounds to 235 pounds of hard muscle. i already know its going to be hard and i have a super high metabolism and i have alot of hard work ahead and i must stay focused at all times. IT CAN BE DONE, I WILL REACH MY GOALS.
