Bit of a growth spurt there and solid muscle gain also. Looking ripped. More definition and size on delts, arms and forearms. Abs solid as usual. Continued success. André

You remind me of myself at your age. I was the same pretty much. You learn alot and have to work hard with a fast motabolism and that same kind of body type. If you keep your mind set, and ignore people that discourage you, you can do anything. Keep at it, and I know you will get bigger !! Key tip, eat alot, and only eat healthy foods.

You've already got a solid tightly muscled body with low BF. You're on the right track and do it your way as you say. No one can stop you. You got good advice in the forum and also use the expertise of your trainers on workouts AND DIET. Train hard and keep it fun. André

Keep at it young lad. I just started my 13 yr. old on the weights. Want him beefed up before High school.
