How I Stay Motivated:
Hard to right now as I have a partial tear in my lower right abdominal muscle. For over the last year I had been cramping badly and finally got a check up in January. Since X-mas I had not been in the gym for 4 weeks.
I'm too lazy to actually type it all out so here is the basis of what I do.
day 1-chest
day 2-back
day 3-legs
day 4-bi's
day 5-tri's
day 6-shoulders/traps
I prefer to split arms so i get a more focused workout.

Great mass, man. Sorry to hear about the tear. I was out with shoulder problems twice last year. Every time I felt like I was beginning to get somewhere the shoulder would flare up. Not fun. Hope you are healed up soon.
