Contest prep for 2010 begins Nov 28, 2010!!!!

Resolved to act my age, and not say 'woot' at risk of being thought frightening... like the auburn-dyed hair you see sticking out from beneath some old codgers' backwards baseball caps. CRINGE!

To be 6' 1"/190 Lbs/ 9% BF.

I want to gain large amounts of muscle and get super defined.

I want to enhance my athletic abilities.

Right now just taking it easy with training through the holidays with just one 2-3 hour workout per day sipping 8-BETA ANABOL the entire time. Going to let my weight get up to @200 before tapering back.

To become a monster

I want to gain massive strength, more muscle, and become more cut/shredded

To Get A Supplement and/or Modeling Contract!

Get stronger, look healthier

To be as lean as possibly! Would like to see contest conditioning for summer!!!
