HS Sports, Martial Arts, Tang Soo Do, MMA, Jiu-Jitsu. My last go round started in January 2007, torn mcl Sept 06 put me out for 2-3 months.

my weekend was good, no not long enough though. I spent a good part of yesterday sleeping it was great been too long since i had a day of nothing but taking naps. haha how was your weekend?

The weekend was a bit tough. Cold turned flu knocked me out pretty badle but I'm getting better now. I am looking forward to this week. What about you?
