Is there anyone out there trying or tired something similar to the program in the sept. M&F?  I'm looking to switch up my work out a little bit and was looking for feedback concerning this program.  i.e. feel free to give me all your opinions.

I had to google to figure out what a powerball is. How much does that thing cost? Does it help grip strength? What were you doing to pull your back?

While I was dead lifting yesterday my hands weren't strong enough to grip the barbell. I ran out and bought a squeeze ball and hand grips. I thought you were a little off your rocker before with your hand workouts but now I completely understand. Ha ha. It was so frustrating.

my weekend was good, no not long enough though. I spent a good part of yesterday sleeping it was great been too long since i had a day of nothing but taking naps. haha how was your weekend?
