I started working out when I got the idea to join the football team. I knew I would never have a chance if I didn't get any bigger... and also there was this hot girl...
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the weight scale go up, showing im making progress. Having people tell me i must be on steroids and "damn ur jacked"
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at my weight scale. I know that if it goes up even a little im making progress since im trying to gain weight.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment was gaining 30 pounds for football between feb. 06- april 06 without any noticeable fat gains. from 115 pounds to 145 pounds

I want to gain as much muscle as I can by next football season.
Goal (Long):
I want to try and gain as much muscle as I can while improving sports performance for football. Mainly speed, power and explosiveness. I am doing track in the spring so I'll try to cut any fat I gained there although I've never gained fat in my life that I've seen. We'll see how it goes.
so yeah today was such crap but i think i might make this a factor in my diet, one day a week just eat enough to maintain weight or so, make ur body say WHAT THE F**K! so yeah tomorrow ill make sure i consume my 5000+ calories. Then next week its up to about 5500 at least a day. Not going to be...
Hi, I am doing a survey on crepitus/clicks/cracks etc with regards to lifters like you and myself, and was curious to know whether you got clicks in your shoulders or anywhere else during the day or during weights?
