Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I've attempted to get started numerous times since Junior/senior highschool. Recently I started reading up on bodybuilding, eating healthier and all for the cause of my kids. I always wanted to be the father that shows up at school events or place with the kids and everyone looks at and goes "Wow that guy looks great and has three daughters on top of it" Its the kids that got me started and being fit will surely help them in the future as they get older.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Why i love it? It makes me feel great. The figure I see in the mirror after working out makes me feel awesome. The energy that i get when I workout keeps me rejuvenated.
