When I Started:
Aug, 2006
How I Started:
Got my first weight bench at 15 and fell in love with everything about weight lifting. Began to take an interest in bodybuilding at 18, then became lazy at 19. Now, at 21 im going to finish what i started.
Why I Love It:
well the rush i get is the equivalent of an addicting drug, only incredibly healhty versus incredibly unhealthy. It makes me feel, look and live better than i would otherwise. It also keeps me on a straight path so to speak.
How I Stay Motivated:
I havent. I did bodybuilding hardcore for 6 months with excellent results then got lazy. Now i have decided to go balls out forever, so we'll see.
BB Accomplishments:
never competed, but i have gone from 98 pounds as a freshmen in high school to a solid 190 now. Most of that was muscle as i went from benching 65 to 335 and squating bodyweight to 405.
It is November 10, 2009. My main goal is to move up from current 190 to gaining 2-4 pounds per week, iknow it wont be all muscle but id like to have it be fairly solid. I am natural so ill be doing this with 3 training days per week, heavy free weights and lots of food. I want to transform from having a muscular build to having a bodybuilders physique.
I am 193 and have a solid foundation...however, i am looking to increase overall muscle size and strength. Im not trying to get lean or shape up just gain size all over. I am currently eating a ton and sticking to core compound primarily heavy lifts...what are your thoughts on how to...
