I have been cheating a lot due to the holidays. Eating too many sweets, haven't been able to skate in a week due to snow. I usually skate 8 hours a week minimum which is intense cardio. Not used to sitting around.. hey I DID Shovel snow everyday trying to get out of my driveway!! :P

I am a 23 year old competitive adult figure skater looking to gain strength to improve my skating.
Goal (Long):
I want to have a Sasha Cohen style spiral, which means improving my strength and flexibility. I also plan to strengthen up my core, arms, legs, .. basically my entire body so that I can jump higher and perform better on the ice.
PS. I'm still struggling to gain weight. I lost a lot during the last quarter at UW because of my course-load. From 8 am to 3 am working on programming projects.. Bah!
