When I Started:
1999
How I Started:
I started working out after going through an extremely difficult period in my life. Weight has always been an issue...something that's on my mind from the time that I wake up each day. For years, I tried to control my weight through dieting alone, but finally started to workout after hitting a major low point.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel myself getting stronger, to see my muscles move while performing exercises, and knowing that I'm taking the time to keep myself healthy. It's the time of the day where I can destress, just be selfish and work on myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember where I've been and never want to get to that place again.
BB Accomplishments:
As of now, I haven't competed; however, my body has made some major transformations over the years. I've gone from 186lbs when I was in high school and have also battled an eating disorder (which had brought me down to 90lbs).
