When I Started: Nov, 2006
How I Started: I met my husband 2 years ago and he encourage me to workout with him and enter a bodybuilding/figure competition and I have truly enjoyed it.
Why I Love It: Workingout for me is a mind, body and soul connection. It makes every aspect of my life much richer and more enjoyable.
How I Stay Motivated: I look at my before pictures and my progress pictures on a regular basis, I also look at other figure competitors and that keeps me focused on where I need to get to.
BB Accomplishments: My upper body is coming in nicely and I think thats been my favorite so far, I will see in another 14 weeks how everything else comes in and then will have a more certain answer.

Thanks, Kim... bodyfat is such a frustrating thing to nail down for me...guess I shoudl find a way to get it done right...but I probably will find I am 25% LOL!!! Wow..can't wait to watch you get ready for your comp!!!

Thanks, Kim...my bodyfat is tested with a one site test (i know very bad results...) my trainer will be doing a 3 pt. next week to compare the two...have you done the hydrostat??

yes kj girl... I have a trainer. I just hired a new one...he is a judge and competitor himself and has helped me to make some good changes in the last 5 weeks since we have been together....I had another one prior to that, but it was more for general body shaping... my new one is for figure specific training. how bout you?
