Improve strength, stamina and flexibility. I also want to feel comfortable with how my body appears.
Goal (Long):
Continue using the P90X system and sticking with the nutritional aspects.
Weekly weighing and measuring, monthly photos to measure progress more effecively.
Publicly blog my journey for accountability and to perhaps inspire someone along the way.
Stay focused and positive in the face of any challenges or pressures that may arise.

July 19th, 2009 We have just started the P90X system. I am at a low point in my fitness right now and needed more structure to get beyond the plateau I was stagnating in.
The system seems intense, yet attainable. I can already feel muscles that I have not felt in the past year.
