I don't think I am motivated enough to start this whole training/diet thing on my own. I just can't get into the habit. I work for 7am to 8pm most days so it doesn't leave much time for training or anything else. I coould take off time in the middle of the day to train but I'm just not...

yah you could get a trainer but personally i think they are too much an a waste of money. Just read a few fitnes mags an youll be good
