Overall Goal: Just got home from Montreal WNSO Fame World Championships...took 2nd in the Pro Muscle Model Division & 3rd in the Pro Body Building Division. Hope to have some new pictures to post real soon...so stay tuned.

I've been into working out since HS. I got into Body Building when I lived in California....some friends really encouraged me to go for it!
Why I Love It:
It makes me FEEL ALIVE & HAPPY in MY SKIN.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being a role model for my clients & friends & family is important to me..."I gotta walk the talk"...having a goal and a good training partner REALLY helps me stay motivated too!

Goal (Long):
I have been natural body building for over 17 years and now is my time to shine. I won the overall title at the NPC Heartland Natural Classic and the light wt division at NPC Team Universe Nationals. I am now a FAME WNSO PRO after winning the advanced class in female body building at the Nirth American Championships in Miami Oct 2008....Next is my first PRO SHOW with Fame in June 2009 (Montreal Quebec)...I'd like to find some fitness modeling sponsorships to help on the way to achieving my DREAM.
Well I am back from Miami the Fame North American Championships and I won the Advanced Female Body Building Class and earned my Fame Pro Status! Feels Pretty GOOD! I also placed 3rd in the Open Muscle Model class....that was an interesting new experience for...
