How I Started:
Been skinny most of my life but have noticed a wee belly starting to get bigger. Not got the most healthy of lifestyles. Eat a load of crap, i smoke and i generally dont do much exercise. And i go way higher that the weekly recommended alcohol limit. So this is gonna be a tough one for me. My motivation levels are not the best but i am really gonna try!!!!
Why I Love It:
It gives me something to keep me active and stops me being a lazy ba**ard. I always feel better afterwards but sometimes i lack the energy or motivation to do it. Think i need a few lifestyle changes as well. Like less partying.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont, i seem to struggle everyday. Guess i just need some encouragement.

Just wanted to say keep up the great work, Plus.......huge kudo's to you for not smoking anymore!! My father just quit at the age of 69 and he feels like he has gotten his life back!! Soon, you will be able to add cardio and maybe even love it!! My best to you.
