How I Started:
Been skinny most of my life but have noticed a wee belly starting to get bigger. Not got the most healthy of lifestyles. Eat a load of crap, i smoke and i generally dont do much exercise. And i go way higher that the weekly recommended alcohol limit. So this is gonna be a tough one for me. My motivation levels are not the best but i am really gonna try!!!!
Why I Love It:
It gives me something to keep me active and stops me being a lazy ba**ard. I always feel better afterwards but sometimes i lack the energy or motivation to do it. Think i need a few lifestyle changes as well. Like less partying.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont, i seem to struggle everyday. Guess i just need some encouragement.
