I started going to my high school's gym. Then a friend got me a week pass at my current gym and I've going ever since. But recently I have gotten very serious about and have started changing the way I live, eat, think, and train.
Why I Love It:
I love to challenge myself both mentally and physically; training is something that completely exhausts that love until tomorrow.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself in the mirror, constant compliments, bb.com journals, old photos of me, and the general stubbornness of my personality to never give in and give up.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 55lbs while slowly gaining muscle and definition.
I want to be 120lbs by the end of 2008 with a significant amount of lean mass and muscle definition. I want people to look at my before and after photos and not know what to say except for "Wow"! Also I'd like to gain more overall strength and flexibility.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 16 lb
