How I Started:
I started lifting when I was a soph in high school. I was a pretty small kid 135lbs but I played varsity football and wrestled. I had played corner so my body didnt take much punishment but the coaches told me they were going to move me to safety so I needed more weight. That is when I decided i had to give up wrestling because I wrestle 135lbs and it was killing me to stay at this weight. At times i would have to lose 5lbs two hours before a mtach. So to make a long story short I really fit the weights and loved it from that point on.
Why I Love It:
I am starting to realize the true dedication it takes to make it in the sport, which is a whole lifestyle. It is a constant battle, but damn its fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not going to lie it sucks 90% of the time: truly eating clean...lifting to my full potential, and resisting temptation. However, the other 10% of the time is like a high Ive never felt when a new muscle begins to show through or a new vein comes out! Plus, more importantly the great people on the site always giving encouragement..thanks to all of u!

Every time I step foot in the gym is an accomplishments because not everyone does it day in and day out.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be the best I can be. Ill work my a$$ off and hopefully make my way into a fitness mag in 2010...gotta dream big. I really just enjoy lifting. Its my stress relief from the craziness of life and school. Not to mention chicks dig it lol. Just here to help others share in the passion of physical fitness.
