How I Started:
Since I can remember I've never been fully happy with my body. When I was a kid I was short, skinny and flat. Then puberty hit, as did the glasses and braces and I became pretty chunky there for awhile (very attractive).Throughout High School I lost the braces and glasses but the weight was more of a struggle. Now that I'm in my 20's, I'm becoming more mature about taking my life into my own hands and doing something about it.
Why I Love It:
I find running very theraputic and relaxing, and also find lean muscle, strength and definition rewarding and attractive
How I Stay Motivated:
Mainly its how I feel about myself now, I'm focusing on myself and not other people.

Happy with the progress even if its slow. I'm just happy to build and shape while learning to maintain this lifestyle rather then how fast I can do it. This is for me and no one else.

Goal (Long):
Summer 2009 I'm going to have the start of a feminine 6 pac...not too muscular but the hint of something a little more sexy. Also excited to kick my own ass literally and tighten up the bum and lower half of the body that is still lacking. Starting an 8 week challenge starting on Monday. Really need to crack the whip and keep the diet clean and the workouts heavy.
I'll be uping the cardio like crazy as well.

Hey K.Keep working hard!I had to change my training program.Bruised my wrist(RH) playing beach soccer,doc says not allowed to do weight training.Now i'm working on speed and agility.Doing about 8 sets of quick burst of speed with about 15-20sec rest inbetween 3times a week.Working on legs but high reps low weight and every 2 weeks 1 session is heavy weights.
