How I Started:
Typical story. Always the small guy that got pushed around. I transfered schools, joined the weight training program and noticed that i gained great results and it made me feel so much better about myself.
Why I Love It:
There is tons of reason. I love to lift to gain strength, I want to look good, not be afraid to show of what i worked for and its a great way to escape the reality for an hour or so.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pro bodybuilders and there pictures and the desire to be something more than what i already am.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a 135 frame to a 190 frame as of now.
