Why I Love It:
I love working out because it's always an internal struggle; I love the idea of competeing withmyself every second I spend moving iron. As a friend of mine says, "the iron doesn't lie, 200lbs is 200lbs." That idea keeps me working. That even if I were to get 199..that's still not 200. I love tracking how much I have done and comparing myself to myself 1 week before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by never allwoing myself to be content. If I can hit 325 for 8 reps next time its going to be 330 I try. I try to keep everything just out of my reach so I stay hungry.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishent would be a 30lb gain in about a month..I upped my bench press by 50+ pounds and my squat by damn near 100.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I constantly mix it up. Anywhere from 3-25+. You have to attack all types of fibers within the muscle.
