My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy
Ahh if i tell u you may look like me & i don't like that Not one BIT (: Jk anyway I'm just gonna go over a few thing's of my Daily Workout!!
First when i wake up i hit the floor A set of 65 push up's (65)x(3)=195)
Then i hit the pull up bar I do 12 in a row for 2 set's then as much as i can on the other.
Now for some real work 3 mile run followed by a weighted vest (11lb's)
Then sit up's a set of 50 (50)x(3)=150)
I do not take any of the following supplements such as whey, creatine, Zma, Tribulus, Etc-
My protein food's are Chicken breast (20g) - 18oz tuna (36)
