Rear Double Biceps Rear Lat Spread
I took this picture whilst at 17, i had a test cutting up period, and lost around 2 stone in a three month period, however i lost too much muscle as you can see in the mass in my back however thankfully this was not before a competition and was simply a test run, teaching myself what i should and shoulnt do whilst cutting down before competing in 2009
This is me in preparation to train as a body builder, i have a good base to start with but alot of defintion and mass to add into my back. I am starting my official contest bulk up on the 7th June and wil last for 10 weeks, i will take photos on the 5th and 10th weeks displaying my progress, hopefully all being well about 2 to 3 stone will be put on.
