Jeez that surgery on your knee looks really painful. Although since then you have completely revamped your body its incredible, when are you next planning to compete?

Hey man thanks, already i seem to have alot of haters and i have been here less than 24 hours, but when it comes to the crunch who is going to do something in this business and who is not, thats where i intend to prove alot of people wrong. Thank you for the support, and your shape is impecable for your age, most 20/30 would kill for the vascularity symatry and muscle seperation you possess at 50! great job

Im sorry to say this as generally i take criticism well, but you can hardly rant and rave about me not knowing a thing about lifting weights, when you are 21, ive lifted weights properly for what 3 months now, and already i have more potential than you, sorry brother but im not going to take that sort of criticism well.

Good luck with the squatting mate, it comes across as if your fond of the auld leg weights :P not many people are these days alot of people prefer to have huge upper bodies, but when it comes to competition time, they have legs you could mistake for a cigarette. May i ask if your of Maori origin? The Maori boys always seem to be naturally strong and have big frames on them?
