When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I got started lifting weights as a child as i loved the image of having muscles, and idolised anyone with an olympian physique.
Why I Love It:
I have always been an athletic kid wether it be track and fields events or rugby. There is a long story about why i have decided to take up bodybuilding but basically ive lifted weights since the year dot in my life and enjoyed every minute of it. This summer i have decided to take it even further by focusing all my spare time into it and aiming to go somewhere with it. I have lifted weights all my life, but now comming up to the summer months i am getting ready more and more each day to go for it. The reason why i am having to weight until summer is a still have my A2 level exams in school and at the moment finishing them is the priority and with them as my priority my sleeping patterns, calorie intake and training regime is not what it should be, so roll on summer!
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting myself targets and aiming to better them, if in the worst case scenario i dont meet the target, i will blame it on a lack of dedication, which subsequently makes me train even harder to reach and better my next goal.
I took this picture whilst at 17, i had a test cutting up period, and lost around 2 stone in a three month period, however i lost too much muscle as you can see in the mass in my back however thankfully this was not before a competition and was simply a test run, teaching myself what i should and s ...
This is me in preparation to train as a body builder, i have a good base to start with but alot of defintion and mass to add into my back. I am starting my official contest bulk up on the 7th June and wil last for 10 weeks, i will take photos on the 5th and 10th weeks displaying my progress, hopefu ...
This is a bulking programme that i am playing to adhere to this up and comming summer, i am no where near finished it yet, but i will give you a taste of my monday workout
then once i am finished the workout itself, never mind my sleep intakes and estimated calorie intakes (upping the calories...
i could honestly care less if you have more potentiol than me. that wasnt what i was discussing. you have guys your age, going out there taking juice. wanting to get big. why dont you actually wait til you compete or you go on a plateau instead of jumping in on something you been only doing for 3 months. if you been lifting for 6+ years its a different story but you havent. you asked for a discussion and we did. have fun
the training is good. I just started training in mid december so i'm still working on gettin my diet and routine down, but ive put on about 25 solid pounds in the last 6 months, so i'm happy with my progress. I hope i can look like you one day, that's my goal for the next year. gonna bulk until march 2009 then cut for college
