How I Started:
I played highschool football. That was my introduction to weightlifting. I haven't been eating right or working out I"m sitting @ 260 lbs @ 30% BF I know I"ve been slacking however thats why I"m on here so I can kick my butt in gear I wanna get ripped abs

I want to lose as much body fat as I can while at the same time getting as strong and explosive as I can.
Goal (Long):
I want to get my body down to my ideal body weight which is about 198-205 pounds. Thats where I had the most energy and felt the best. I plan to start working out on the weight 4 days out of the week I"m going to max out and tape every aspect of my body and list it all. by joining this site I hope to stay active and motivated

Hey I read your comment in addicted and I know of two major schools around Killeen one in Harker heights called Twin Wolfs and one in south Copperas Cove called Fighters Forge. GymX also has a MMA program I hear. But if you like Kick Boxing Fighters Forge is the way to go I hear.
