Kickstart Kate Love those days when you're hungry every 90 minutes yet your time between meals is double that... Loooong day of looking at the clock.

  • Thanks for the tip on drinking more water. Every since I started working out like crazy I feel hungry all the time.

  • Absolutely! Some days are tougher than others, but I find if I can consistently drink 1-1.5 gallons of water each day I am less hungry. Or... if I am hungry I know it's not because I'm dehydrated.

    It also seems to be worse for me on the days I work out in the mornings. Get my heart rate up and metabolism going first thing and it doesn't stop all day!

Kickstart Kate created a new BodyBlog entry "6 Week Strong to the Cor".

A little background as to why I am doing this: Well, competition season is over, summer is upon us, thus it is time to reign it in and tighten things back up a bit. My goal was to gain weight and body fat to get to a healthy body comp. right after my competition season. Of course I celebrated my final competition, then I celebrated with the guys the next night after their night of glory, then I went to E-Cup with my good friend to watch him compete.
