Remember, with each workout push a little harder so you can blast through any plateaus. ejayvalencia Sorry for the late reply. I've seen great results. Switched over to mass peak for the extra calories. I feel better recovery using monster amino. I recommend strawberry if you decide to try masspeak. Goodluck! Jun 17, 2010 8:06am

wabeer1 I would use a whey post workout as it's the fastest absorbing protein type - this will maximise your gains imo. Syntha is not really ideal for this and best used as a general booster one. Think you have diet and training downpacked. Apr 22, 2010 11:20am

wabeer1 Nitro peak is a good post workout protein and I cycle brands very often and have not seen too much of a difference from top dollar to the cheapies. I use Syntha 6 as a booster protein and that's one good protein to use. I think that a solid diet and training structure is the key driver in my transformation.
