Your comment about the aliens gave me a good laugh... it's cheesy but visualizing aliens landing on earth and eating fat people is an effective motivator. I have a few statements like that (cheesy but visually effective) I use with my group fitness and personal training clients. They work!

Hi There - I'm a big fan of BW exercises for warm-ups. I do prisoner squats, stick-ups, kneeling push-ups, mt. climbers, jumping jacks, and spiderman climbs in my warm-ups. When I lead kickboxing classes, I do this type of stuff plus some shadow kicking and punching before taking it to the bag. Oh, I also jump rope using different forms of jumping. Hope this helps give you some new ideas.
What does your boxing training look like?

You look fabulous and practically made the transformation overnight. Love the sports bras... where did you get them?
Thanks :)

Thanks! It is amazing what tightening up the diet will do. It just takes some minor tweaks sometimes to make noticable differences. Although, I can't say I've been as hardcore the past week. Thanks again and take care.

Why thank you! No one has ever called me that before... I like it! Maybe I should change my BB.com name to that.

Very cool! Good to hear that you are proud of yourself... feeling good about your accomplishments are the most important. My upper body has leaned out a bit too over the past few months. One of these days I'll get some new pics.

Sorry for the delayed response... been super busy. Things are going good. This wk started out rough as my husband tried to teach me to wake-board last wknd. I was so sore and geeked my knee. I'm back to normal now... but clearly I am getting older. I also stared using FitDay to track my eating... it has been eye-opening and is a good way to be accountable to yourself. I highly recommend.

Ya know, I've been meaning to update my stats. The problem is, I only really know my weight and height. I've had getting a body comp on my 'To Do' list for a while now, but the times my gym does this are so inconvenient and you can't have eaten prior. I will get it done though...soon, and get some new pics posted too. I've latched on to this new training program & am seeing a difference. Stay in touch. ~KB Chick

One question (I exceeded the character limit on my first reply): In your BodySpace you mention that you are a PT "finally"...what do you mean by finally? Just wondering if this means you made a career change or just got through all the studying.
Thanks,

Next time you are amongst a group of women indulging cake, donuts, or whatever, make the comment about just wiping it on your ass since that's where it is going and watch what happens. I've done this a couple times and you see the guilty faces just light up and people slow down or stop eating the stuff. It has quite an effect on the psychie.
