KickABodyGirl created a new BodyBlog entry "BSN Summer Shred week 3".

I feel a definite change in myself over the past 3 weeks. Not only the physical changes but I feel emotionally and mentally better. I have come to realize that the way I treat my body and my health are directly connected to me happiness. I feel so much better and alive when I am living my goals. I have tried to transform many times over the past few years (as you can see from my progress pics), I work so hard, see some progress and BAM!
