Fit Status:
The trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.
I have always loved running, I ran a half marathon last may and since then I have been hooked on fitness. I love the challenge of it all. I want to run a full marathon this upcoming summer so I want to be in top shape. I love weight lifting also so it has all just become part of my training!
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of doing something hard and trying to become better! I believe that we should always be trying to get better each day. Working out gives me a fulfilment that I can get better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Uhh motivation is a hard thing for me but mostly pondering the fitness goals I have and researching amazing people like Tiffany Forni who have changed their lives for the better.

Goal (Long):
Ever since I was a little girl I have been over weight. But when I was a freshman in High School I had finally had enough and began to exercise and diet (knowing absolutely nothing about it) I lost so much weight people began to not even recognize me! I made a pact then to never let myself live like that again. Since then I have learned a lot about working out and nutrition! And I just want to keep going and always always be fit and be able to feel good about the way I look and that I've worked hard to be that way.
Steve is amazing, to look at his first pic you would never even know its the same guy... every progress picture he posts he has improved in someway, he finds the strength in others and puts it to work! What a guy!
This woman does NOT mess around!! I love her attitude!! It makes me know that doing this stuff is not fun but WORTH IT!! I love her rants about people meerly "wishing" they could be like her and saying she's "lucky she doesn't like unhealthy food" ha!!
Right now I am trying to lift Weights 4 days a week Upper Body Monday and Wednesday. Lower Body tuesday and fridays. I do cardio 60 minutes 5-6 days per week by running and biking. I am currently training for a Marathon so thats why all the running. Honestly though... I run out of steam and...
All you crazy people and your desire to run marathons...I don't get it! Just playin', you keep kicking ass and you will bypass all of your fitness goals in no time! Be good and train "gooder"!
