fitlover Well, I don't have asthma so I'm not sure I know what that'd be like...but just remember not to breathe through your stomach, and don't chug the water, just take it little sips at a time :) May 26, 2010 7:51am

fitlover Eh, as long as you're breathing properly it won't affect you. It's only when people don't breathe properly during cardio that they get cramps. I drink water/BCAA's during cardio too and don't have a problem with it :) May 26, 2010 7:47am
