Looking back at this makes me cringe. Doc said if I did not do something I was going to have a heart attack and die. It was time for a major change in my life.
I am down to 255 lbs now. I have been increasing cardio.

I am still dropping the pounds, I gained an inch on my arms. I am sitting at almost 20 inches now. 29 pounds have melted off over the last five months. I am still working out 4-5 days a week, using a push pull routine. My wife is my inspiration, she looks amazing.

A little flat after a leg workout, still can tell a difference from when I started. I am still hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. Weighing in at 260 LBS.

One year later, I was consistent with my workouts and I worked really hard on my diet. Shed 20 lbs of fat and gained some great muscle mass. I am just starting to lean out now, I am cutting my carbs down and increasing my protein.

Same mirror one year later. My weight went from 289 to 255. I have put lots of muscle on and now weigh 270. I am leaning out my carbs now and increasing my protein to 1.5 grams per lb of body weight. I am happy with my results over the last year. I feel that I have been dedicated and I am even more driven to eat healthy and keep lifting.
