3-4 exercises, 8-12 reps to failure. Usually Alternating Dumbells, Preacher Bench, Partials with barbell and Hammer Curls

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
3-4 exercises 8-12 reps to failure 4 sets. Tricep push downs, reverse pushdowns, skull crushers, kick backs with dumbells

bleh calvs, im not competing so not much into them. Getting a decent workout with squats and eleptical.
